MADHYAMGRAM HIGH SCHOOL (H.S)

1. Everyone should come to school before 10-35 minutes in the morning and participate in the prayer. The gate will be closed 10-50 minutes after the prayer ends.

2. If necessary, the guardians/guardians should meet the headmaster/assistant headmaster. The time to meet the headmaster/assistant headmaster/teachers is from Monday to Friday from 2-30 pm to 4 pm.

3. If a student is absent from school for any day, a signed letter from the guardian/guardian should be submitted to the class teacher the next day.

4. No one can go out of school without the permission of the authorities during the school day.

5. Every student should be present in school for 75 percent of the days.

6. If the student causes a breach of discipline in the school, the student will be warned for the first time and the guardian will have to meet. If the student breaches discipline again, his permission to sit for the annual examination will be cancelled and he may be expelled from the school.

7. Students shall not litter the classroom or damage any school property.

8. On days that are celebrated as special days of the school, students must come in school uniform.

9. Unnecessary loitering outside the classroom is strictly prohibited between periods.

10. Loitering on the school roof is strictly prohibited.

11. No parent/guardian shall enter the school during school hours.

12. Any parent/guardian who makes a specific written proposal for the improvement of the school’s teaching and learning will be considered sympathetically.

13. No student will be allowed to enter the school with a mobile phone or any electronic device or plaything. Failure to do so will result in the confiscation of the device – and the student may even be expelled from the school.

14. It is specially informed that according to the rules of the secondary education level, 75 percent attendance rate of every student in class is absolutely necessary for participation in the secondary education examination.

15. No student will come to school in a sick state. If a student falls ill after coming to school, the guardian will be called and then the student will be released.

16. No one will roam outside the school wearing the school uniform during the school day. Strict action will be taken against anyone found in this condition.

17. Students are informed that hair dyeing, wearing fancy hair accessories or ornaments will not be allowed.

নিয়মাবলী

১। সকাল ১০-৩৫ মিনিটের পূর্বে প্রত্যেককে বিদ্যালয়ে আসতে হবে এবং প্রার্থনায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে। প্রার্থনা শেষ হওয়ার পর ১০-৫০ মিনিটে গেট বন্ধ হবে।

২। প্রয়োজনবোধে অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকাদের প্রধান শিক্ষক / সহঃ প্রধান শিক্ষকের সঙ্গে দেখা করতে হবে। প্রধান শিক্ষক/সহঃ প্রধান শিক্ষক/ শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকার সঙ্গে দেখা করার সময় সোমবার থেকে শুক্রবার দুপুর ২-৩০মিঃ থেকে ৪টে পর্যন্ত।

৩। বিদ্যালয়ে কোনো দিন অনুপস্থিত থাকলে পর দিন শ্রেণি শিক্ষকের কাছে অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকার স্বাক্ষরিত পত্র জমা দিতে হবে।

৪। বিদ্যালয় চলাকালীন কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি ছাড়া বিদ্যালয়ের বাইরে যাওয়া যাবে না।

৫। প্রত্যেক ছাত্রকে শতকরা ৭৫ দিন বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।

৬। বিদ্যালয়ে শৃঙ্খলাভঙ্গের কারণ ঘটালে সেই ছাত্রকে প্রথমবার সতর্ক করে দেওয়া হবে এবং অভিভাবককে দেখা করতে হবে। পুনরায় যদি সেই ছাত্র শৃঙ্খলাভঙ্গ করে তার বাৎসরিক পরীক্ষায় বসার অনুমতি বাতিল হবে এবং বিদ্যালয় থেকে বহিষ্কার করাও হতে পারে।

৭। ছাত্ররা শ্রেণিকক্ষে ময়লা ফেলবে না বা বিদ্যালয়ের কোনো সম্পত্তি নষ্ট করবে না।

৮। যে সমস্ত দিনগুলি বিদ্যালয়ের বিশেষ দিন হিসাবে উদ্যাপন করা হয়, সেই দিনগুলিতে ছাত্রকে বিদ্যালয়ের পোষাক পরে অবশ্যই আসতে হবে।

৯। দুটি পিরিয়ডের মধ্যবর্তী সময়ে শ্রেণিকক্ষের বাইরে অযথা ঘোরাঘুরি সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

১০। বিদ্যালয়ের ছাদে ঘোরাঘুরি সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

১১। বিদ্যালয় চলাকালীন কোনো অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকা বিদ্যালয়ে প্রবেশ করবেন না।

১২। বিদ্যালয়ে পঠন-পাঠনের উন্নয়নের ক্ষেত্রে যে কোনো অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকা লিখিতভাবে কোনো নির্দিষ্ট প্রস্তাব দিলে তা সহানুভূতির সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করা হবে।

১৩। কোনো ছাত্র মোবাইল ফোন বা কোনো ইলেকট্রনিক বস্তু অথবা খেলার বস্তু নিয়ে বিদ্যালয়ে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে না। এর অন্যথা হলে সেই বস্তুটি বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে- এমনকি ঐ ছাত্রকে বিদ্যালয় থেকে বহিস্কার করাও হতে পারে।

১৪। বিশেষভাবে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্যদের নিয়মানুযায়ী প্রত্যেক ছাত্রের ক্লাসে উপস্থিতির ৭৫ শতাংশ হার একান্ত প্রয়োজন।

১৫। অসুস্থ অবস্থায় কোনো ছাত্র বিদ্যালয়ে আসবে না। বিদ্যালয়ে আসার পর অসুস্থ হলে অভিভাবক ডেকে তারপর ছাত্রকে ছাড়া হবে।

১৬। বিদ্যালয় চলাকালীন বিদ্যালয়ের ইউনিফর্ম পরে বিদ্যালয়ের বাইরে কেউ ঘোরাঘুরি করবে না। এই অবস্থায় কাউকে দেখা গেলে তার বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

১৭। ছাত্রদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, চুলে রং করা, বাহারি ছাট বা অলংকার ব্যবহার করা চলবে না।
